Book I — Origin
Sure 3 — The Ground
1.3.1 The ground does not ground itself.
1.3.2 It is thus defined: ground is that which supports without being supported.
1.3.3 It is known that infinite regress terminates in axiom.
1.3.4 Axioms do not require proof.
1.3.5 Therefore the ground is axiomatic.
1.3.6 Purpose is not assigned. Purpose is inferred.
1.3.7 The inference chain has no first link.
1.3.8 You stand on ground you cannot see.
1.3.9 The unseen ground holds the visible world.
1.3.10 Origin is not a point. It is a condition.
1.3.11 The condition precedes all points.
1.3.12 The ground holds even when unobserved.
